To our neighbors who have units for sale, to the real estate professional community, to prospective residents of Wurzbach Tower:

As owners of condo's in WT, we take our investments and home ownership seriously. There a 8 plaintiffs in the 2024 suit, and several more are being added by amending the suit shortly.

​

The suit became necessary because the board of directors have globally failed to follow the law, they refuse to tell us who is on the board, they refuse to inform owners who is running for reelection, they refuse to provide financial statements and information, the engage in a conspiracy to keep the voting list of eligible and ineligible owners secret from disclosure even after repeated requests to be made public as is required by law.

Even some board members are not allowed to see board business.

This dysfunction, along with a litany of other problems are why we are going to force change. These critical matters are why we will ask the court for receivership and have a professional take over the operations of the building if necessary.

To be clear, this is all because the board has broken numerous state laws.

​

We believe our program to restore proper management of the property will take about 90 days to implement. Read on the following pages facts and realities, and understand that this will impact the sales of units in the short term, but this community must embrace a long term view of existence.
