We are excited to announce that we will be working side by side with various Senators and Representatives that intend to pursue legislation regarding updating the Texas Uniform Condominium Act and Section 82 of the Texas Property Code.

Our new best friend is Senator Bryan Hughs who authored some of the most significant legislation to come out of the 87th session! Senator Hughs is a champion of homeowner rights.

Our own Bexar County Delegation is now aware of the conduct of Wurzbach Tower as a poster child for how not to run a non profit organization.
