Corruption, secret meetings, manipulated elections, spying and surveilling the Owners, selective enforcement of rules, law defying management, abject incompetence, absurd claims...it is now exposed. And we did (stop the meeting by court order). Now we move onto a program that ensures fair and open elections, a noble concept.

We will seek judicial intervention to ensure a legitimate election process at Wurzbach Tower.

Proxies will need to be notarized.

The annual meeting will be conducted by Zoom or other acceptable online media in conjunction with an in person meeting.

Financial documents, proposed business, agenda, points for discussion for an executive session, notice of board member seats available and candidates will need to be distributed by email, by copies for personal pickup at the courtesy desk, by a owners portal online, and by regular mail to those that request at least 30 days in advance

Proxies and ballots will be tendered in advance or at an in person meeting held on WT property.

Owners will not be required to execute bizarre written approvals for providing written or oral comments to be included in the annual meeting minutes.

Advance proxies and ballots will only be tendered into a sealed lockbox mounted on or near the front courtesy desk. The only keys to the lockbox will be in the custody of a Certified Public Accountant.

In compliance with the LAW of the State of Texas, a voting list of eligible and ineligible owners will be available at the front courtesy desk 2 days after the calling of the annual meeting and remain available for inspection by any owner or mortgagor of any condo at WT

The Certified Public Accountant will tabulate the results of the election and report those results in writing prior to the adjournment of the annual meeting
