THIS SITE HAS BEEN ACTIVE FOR NEARLY TWO MONTHS AND NOT A SINGLE BOARD MEMBER HAS REACHED OUT TO US TO STATE EXACTLY WHAT THEY MAINTAIN IS FALSE INFO POSTED HERE.
While this page is under construction, we invite the board members to tell us exactly what is not true here on this site. The 'board' posts cryptic claims that this website is replete with "inaccurate, misleading, and false information". Please, we are all waiting. While we wait, also tell us why you won't give us the voting list for the upcoming election as required by law. THE USE OF THE TERM BOARD OF DIRECTORS REFERS TO THE BODY OF SEVEN AS A WHOLE. Just like everything in life, one bad apple spoils the whole bushel. So it is with the Wurzbach Tower Board of Directors. There are several board members that mean well, but the structure of the board, the systems that have been installed, all favor secrecy and abuse. It is designed to concentrate power and neutralize dissent. And then discount or silence anyone who dares to speak up. In 2024, we will not be silent or silenced.

And for the record, everyone appreciates that serving on the board takes time and commitment. Every one on the board asked or agreed to serve. Everyone that is serving on the board understands they are now in an impossible position and must deal with years of deferred or ignored maintenance expenses. And everyone of us in this building knows that the same people who got us into this financial mess are the same ones that have served and wanted to be on the board, not to mention they are the same ones that cry about the untenable situation...that they created!!!

In the spirit of fairness, everyone in our group has been, and intends to be civil...a word the some of the board of directors abuse. Routinely, a few board members conveniently self serve their narrative by interpreting frustration for anger. Some of the board maliciously believe that any question of the boards actions is hostile and thus uncivil.

Every one in our group is careful to approach any individual board member in the common areas with a desire to respect that any board member is fundamentally a resident too. But when the board of directors will not meet in public forum, maintains that we are not even allowed to know who they are as board members, with little to no meaningful communication about important matters, with everything being secret-confidential-proprietary (which it is not!!), frustration and distrust fills the void. And that void is called tyranny.
