That's right, here are the current board members. It is supposed to be a secret. But why? Well, Mary Demain and Dean Dobson have said in open forum is that we are not entitled to know who the board members are.  Even the attorney for the Wurzbach Tower Council of Co-Owners Inc. has stated in writing that the board is reluctant to name its' board members.This ruse has been perpetrated on many inquiring condo owners for years. Their claim is that members of the board have been threatened with violence and death. Those are incredulous and serious claims. We, you know the owners of the property, have asked repeatedly for proof that any such outrageous and serious threats have been placed against members of the board. Conspicuously, and not surprisingly, no board member or their attorney can provide us with proof that any threats have been made. Indeed, we sought the information from the San Antonio Police Department records section and after reviewing over 800 pages of police records, found zero police activity reports for death threats against anyone at 7701 Wurzbach Rd, San Antonio Texas 78229. We further contacted The San Antonio Police Departments Northwest Prue Road Substation and spoke with the police officers assigned to the SAFFE Unit (San Antonio fear free environment) who independently researched 'death threats' at 7701 Wurzbach and also found NO police activity for such criminal activity. We searched the data bases for Bexar County for criminal cases, investigations, indictments etc. and found NO records, current-previous-closed-pending, or active for such claims.

It is reasonable to conclude that any claims by Mary Demain, Dean Dobson, or others that any board member has been threatened with death threats is a false and misleading statement. And it is reasonable that such a death threat, were it to have been made, would have resulted in filing with the authorities.

Why the ruse of outrageous claims? We go back to a time of particular dysfunction and instability of Wurzbach Tower and the mystifying management of the Condo building by a board president that was, how do we say this civilly, a bully and tyrant. This president was confrontational to a high level when he was questioned or challenged. One resident challenged and the insults flew faster and nastier than a street fight. This was the era when the death threat ruse was born.

So, why is this ruse being used by Mary Demain and Dean Dobson (and repeated by others)? It is clear that Mary Demain, Dean Dobson, and our other current board members have not received death threats. Our opinion is simple; control and secrecy, and hiding.
