Forty years later, the building is decaying and in need of millions of dollars of funding to meet codes and once again become the property it should be. And a current management that is paralyzed by how to turn around a $125 million dollar property with zero experience and bags full of excuses, oh and no real cash. It can be done, we will see that it is done. THAT is what this website is about; exposing amateur management, a volunteer rubber stamp well intended but ignorant board of directors hand picked and election engineered to allow for concentrated power to one or two members, all with the expected sad results. We will change that one painful step at a time. And we will prevail.
